1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Services Provided

TKO Thousand Oaks Concrete provides professional concrete construction, repair, and installation services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability, proper site conditions, and compliance with local building codes. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsafe or if the project does not meet regulatory requirements.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information provided at the time of consultation. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if you request additional work. We will notify you of any pricing changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be specified in your written contract and typically include a deposit and final payment upon completion.

4. Project Timelines

We provide estimated completion dates based on typical weather conditions and material availability. Delays may occur due to weather, permit processing, material shortages, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your schedule. You agree that reasonable delays beyond our control do not constitute breach of contract.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate property information, obtaining any necessary permissions from homeowners associations or landlords, ensuring site access for our equipment, and removing any items from work areas before we arrive. You must also ensure that underground utilities are properly marked before excavation begins. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional costs.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on labor and materials as specified in your written contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, ground settling, freezing conditions, or modifications made by others. Normal concrete characteristics such as minor color variations and hairline cracks are not defects and are not covered under warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from our services. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and comply with all licensing requirements. Any claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage direct communication to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, you agree to pursue mediation before initiating legal action. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Ventura County, California, and governed by California state law.
